Actual Support Services Ltd is a well established, experienced cleaning contract company.
Since its conception in 1973 the business has developed additional divisions to accommodate the requirements and demands of our clients, including window cleaning, gutter cleaning, builders’ handover cleaning, removal service with or without packing and porterage, storage solutions, daily office cleaning, along with our manned aerial platform hire services.
Our client base includes many prestigious organisations including various London Boroughs and a vast quantity of schools, colleges and libraries, in and around the London, Essex and surrounding areas. We also carry out multiple support service solutions for a number of NHS trusts.
Our building handover cleaning has been delivered to a large number of major construction companies including Laing O’Rourke, Kier, Mansell, Countryside, Vinci and Balfour Beatty.
Our business recognises that training, health and safety and staff well-being are key to delivering a quality service for our clients and end users, in addition to the aforementioned all our operatives are CSCS trained, DBS checked and where required, PASMA and IPAF trained.

We have Employer’s Liability and Public Liability Insurance of £10 million each policy. We work within The Working Height Regulations 2005. All clients are furnished with site specific Method statements and Risk assessments prior to works commencing.
